ChipStart UK 2025

TD Shepherd will attend ChipStart UK event organised by Silicon Catalyst UK on December 3rd. The event will take place in London at the Institute of Physics. Twenty-five semiconductor startups from three ChipStart cohorts, along with hardtech investors, will be participating. This is a great opportunity to explore innovations in the semiconductor industry, make new connections, and discover new opportunities.

We are excited to announce our participation in the upcoming “Semicon Deep Dive: Setting New Ambitions” session, hosted by Invest-NL Deep Tech Fund, as part of the Semicon event organized by TNO.

EDF Info Days 2025

Like previous year, TD Shepherd is participating in the EDF Info Day 2025! The event will take place on April 2-3, 2025, in Brussels, Belgium. The second day we participate virtually. As EDF has now seen some 2 years of action, the program is clearly more focused and providing better ways to find partners under the proper topical calls. As with last year’s EDF Info Days, we focus on supporting startups with navigating the dual-use scene and understanding the financial and commercial implications. Specifically when raising venture capital a proper positioning of the dual-use part of deep tech is crucial for valuation, round size and overall company- and product strategy.

FCAS Accelerator Closing Event 2024

TD Shepherd (Marcel & Dirk) will participate in the Closing Event for the FCAS Accelerator, on February 8th in Munich, Germany!
The FCAS Accelerator, launched in October, brought together nine European dual-use start-ups across diverse domains: Disruptive Sensors, Enabling AI, 3D Printed Electronics, and Materials & Components.
