Dimebox is a startup in the FinTech market and has drawn attention throughout the FinTech ecosystem because of its advanced e-payment technology. It was approached by one of the players in its eco-system, not only interested in integrating its flow with that of Dimebox’s platform but wanted to seal that partnership with an investment. TD Shepherd managed and executed the complete process, leading to a successful investment in November 2016.
