VC Investment/Acquisition. Preparing for a VC round but ultimately getting acquired.

TD Shepherd worked with the FLXOne team and its incubator, the Greenhouse Group, since August 2014 to ready the team, the value proposition and its operations for a venture capital investment round to facilitate its further growth in Europe and a future expansion to the USA. Driven by the crucial role of DMPs in MarTech and AdTech and the acquisition of the Greenhouse Group by GrouM/WPP ultimately FLXOne was acquired by Teradata Inc. in October 2015.
