Paul Ehrhardt

Paul has been in corporate finance for over 20 years and co-founded Ehrhardt Leus & Associates in early 2004.

During is tenure with Ehrhardt Leus & Associates, he was involved in a large number of mergers, acquisitions and (growth) financing rounds, including companies such as Global Collect, Logica, Philips, Econocom, TDS AG, CARe Schadeservice, Loyaltyprofs, Albumprinter (Albelli), Speedlinq, UnifiedPost, etc. From 1986 to 1996, Paul served as a partner and co-founder of Ernst & Young’s corporate finance unit, Some of the transactions he was involved in during this period include the merger between BSO and Origin, the disentanglement of Veronica and the consolidation of the cable TV market through A2000 (now UPC). In 1996 he moved to the Far East to serve as the general manager for Ernst & Young Telecom Asia Pacific. After his return to the Netherlands in 1999, Paul set up Ernst & Young Telecom in the Netherlands. When Capgemini acquired Ernst & Young Telecom (as part of E&Y Consulting) in 2000, Paul served as a vice president in the Capgemini Ernst & Young organization.

Before joining Ernst & Young in 1986, Paul worked for several years as a registered accountant for financial and accounting firms around the world, including KPMG in Brazil. Paul also served as the Director Finance of Stork.

Paul has extensive deal making experience and was involved in over 60 transactions, mostly in IT, telecom and media.
