About us Harry
Harry has forty years of experience in the international semiconductor industry in several roles, including vice president, innovation manager, global product marketer, and commercial director. He worked for several companies, such as National Semiconductor (currently TI), Philips/NXP (Automotive Semiconductors), and Bruco Integrated Circuits (co-owner). His broad background in SMEs and corporations gives him a wealth of experience in the semiconductor ecosystem and, e.g., automotive (including setting standards; CAN, LIN Flexray). Harry has a particular interest in renewable energy and its impact.
Harry lived and worked abroad in Silicon Valley. He holds an Executive MBA from San Jose University and a Dutch BSc in electronics. His Master in Corporate Governance is from the Dutch Nyenrode Institute.
Recent examples of projects within TD Shepherd dealt mainly with M&A in the Semiconductor segment, from SMEs finding a new owner (Sell) to Corporations wanting to accelerate their roadmap execution through acquisitions (Buy).
Given this background, Harry’s focus within TD Shepherd is the semiconductor M&A segment, but not limited to.
